1/ From Place des Écoles (alt. 540m), take the Chemin de Fontouvière below the gendarmerie. At the bend to the left, take the grassy path to the right. It weaves its way through the meadows and then climbs along the wood. Follow the track to the left, then climb the road to the right.

2/ To the left of the Saint-Antoine farm buildings, take the lace in the track. It crosses the talweg and twists upwards. At the edge of the wood, keep right.

3/ At the Plateau de la Chau junction (alt. 820m), go straight on for 1.2 km. Follow the track to the right as far as the Gaudissard crossroads (alt. 980m).

4/ Take the wide track on the right. Keep right on the path, which narrows slightly. It climbs steeply for 600m (20% gradient) to reach the Col de la Maure. Climb the left-hand path in the undergrowth and then in the rocks (follow the signs: the path requires special attention!). Continue along the ridge to reach the summit lawns (1,400m). Descend on the opposite side of the ridge. As you approach the woods, find the start of the path that leads to the track at Pas du Pousterlou (alt. 1190m).

5/ Take the left-hand track downhill. At the Rocher Barlet crossroads (alt. 1116m), continue along the left-hand track for 800m.

6/ Take the right-hand track. Descend into the meadow. At the bottom of the field, turn left, then follow the track to the right.

7/ At the bend in the road, go left down to the bottom of the quarry near the electricity pole and find the metal barrier on the right, which marks the start of the downhill path. This leads back to the uphill road, which you take on the right to reach the Clair-Matin crossroads (alt. 610m), where you take the track on the left. Continue straight ahead to reach the village center.
